The Telehealth and Ethical Practice Micro-Course defines telehealth, its scope, when it is beneficial, and when it is not, necessary documentation, and an awareness of ethical concerns that providers need to note. Learners will articulate the clinician’s professional and ethical responsibilities when working with clients, as well as the clinician’s professional and ethical responsibilities when working with clients who are directly or indirectly dealing with substance use and/or addictive behavior disorder.
